Concentrated Aloe extract for gastrointestinal support

The cool, thick, gel extract from the leaves of the aloe vera plant (Aloe barbadensis) has long been used to soothe irritated skin, especially from topical burns and sunburns. In the same way that aloe vera cools irritated and inflamed skin, it can also soothe damaged and inflamed cells along the gastrointestinal (GI) tract, particularly in the stomach and intestines. For this reason, aloe may be beneficial for supporting gastric health and helping with the discomfort associated with occasionally compromised bowel function.
